Want to join an awesome team focused on bringing God’s renewal to the people and places of this world? We are looking for a tech savvy, organised, and fun-loving admin all-rounder who can assist with our day-to-day administrative tasks.
This is a full-time role that will require the successful candidate to work from our Penrose (Auckland) office. This role is best suited to someone who is flexible and enjoys variety as no two days are the same.
· Answering supporter queries via phone and email
· Administrative duties such as filing, copying, scanning
· Inputting and updating data in our CRM database
· Prompt payment of bills
· Interacting with NZ Baptist Churches, including couriering resources and booking meetings
